TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A new tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 300 miles east of Mexico's Baja California. Forecasters are anticipating that Barbara will continue to strengthen over the next few days. The storm is traveling westward at approximately 10 mph
